3rd - 7th May 2010

This week we had to re-pitch to our lecturers.
We made lots of changes to our pitch, and chose a main focus for our subject. This was ' How are students effected by vintage fashions?'. This is exploring into the different fashions and whether they are affordable or not.
We also began preparation for our filming on saturday 8th may in cambridge.
We completed all pre-production, such as scripts, contingency plans, budget changes, and equipment booking. All the camera shots also had to be planned, such as interviews and cutaways. We had organised an interview with the founder of the vintage fair in advance, to make sure we had definate footage for the trip.
We had to make sure as a group, that the whole trip wouldn't be a wasted journey.
On friday afternoon, Nicole and myself set out to get some vox pops from students and lecturers around college to get their view on the subject, and to see wether we knew the equipment well enough, and wether the practise footage we had would be useable.
We found some interesting answers, some of which can be used in the documentary itself. This also gave us ideas for the questions we would be asking at the fair itself.
